How to process a return 
Step 1: Keep your parcel bag and original product. 
Step 2: Go to J&T website or call the delivery rider who sent the parcel to you. Find the J&T station which is near you.
Step 3: Bring the original product with the parcel bag to J&T station, tell the officer the seller allowed the refund, let them contact us for confirmation.
Step 4: Wait for confirmation, after J&T will refund the cash to you.
